We have two primarily Arab teams in the Gulf and North Africa, and support offices in the UK and USA.
Our team in North Africa specialises in 3D animation, filmmaking training and women's work. Our charitable organisation is also based in North Africa.
Renee Cloud, North Africa Director
Renee joined the North African team in 1988 after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She started with administrative work and soon was trained in other areas of the organization, such as TV script-writing, media production, media training, marketing and distribution, business development and fundraising. Renee was the head of MEM's social arm for its first 10 years after it was established in 2005, before becoming director of the North Africa operation. Renee has been married since 1990 and has two daughters and a son, and considers growing up in MEM to be God’s blessing for her life and the life of her family.
Our team in the Gulf was established in 2007 and specialises in empowering believers from a Muslim background. Read more about our Gulf work here.
Leina, Gulf Director
Leina is an Arab follower of Christ. She is passionate about reaching, enabling and resourcing believers from the Gulf to impact their own communities for Christ, creating life-transforming media that reaches the region. She has over 20 years experience in TV, film and radio production with 17 of these in the countries of the Arabian Peninsula. She has co-led the Gulf team since its formation in 2007. Leina is now leading this ministry. Through prayer and holistic team equipping, she sees this ministry transitioning fruitfully to be led by a team of Gulf followers of Christ from a majority background.

Whilst there he helped with the launch of one of the Middle East’s first Christian satellite television stations, SAT-7.
